Little Chevrolet is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with various accounting tasks and software, ensuring the financial operations run smoothly. As part of the dealership’s Accounts Payable department your responsibilities will be:

  • Process accounting files for various departments.
  • Process accounts receivables.
  • Process accounts payable invoices, reconcile statements, pay suppliers.
  • Work with customers to collect arrears receivables.
  • Process and reconcile receivables from manufacturer.
  • Assist in preparation of monthly statements through reconciliation of various accounts.
  • Additional Accounting duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, multitasking and time management abilities.
  • Strong concentration skills for data-input and maintaining accuracy of information.
  • Detail-oriented with solid analytical skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Accounting experience an asset.
