As the dealership’s Parts Advisor your responsibilities will be:

  • Greet and assist customers with parts selection and quotes
  • Promote, present and sell accessories to customers
  • Determine availability of out-of-stock items and submit orders
  • Process customer and vendor invoices
  • Coordinate orders for pickup from customers, satellite store or vendors with the Parts Manager and Parts Department Staff
  • Provided administrative support to other members of the department
  • Keep internal displays and signage up to date
  • Follow all company and manufacturer’s policies, directives and procedures
  • Provide administrative support to other members of the dealership
  • Perform any other duties as required

Qualifications:

  • Effective organization and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Valid Drivers Licence
