As the dealerships Customer Retention and Leads Coordinator your responsibilities will be:

  • Manage and maintain all components of Dealership CRM.
  • Manage and track all internet leads and phone inquiries
  • Research and identify potential leads and coordinate with Sales Consultants
  • Contact prospects to qualify leads
  • Set appointments for Sales Consultants to meet with new customer leads
  • Work with Sales Managers to generate leads thru website and social media marketing
  • Collaborate with sales team members to ensure a seamless transition of leads and provide support as needed
  • Track and report on key performance metrics and outcomes
  • Work with Service team members to ensure service schedule is fulfilled
  • Conduct follow up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
  • Assist other departments as needed

Qualifications:

  • Effective management, organization and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills with experience in Microsoft Programs.
  • Ability to confidently speak with customers in person, electronically or over the phone
  • Experience with CRM tools.
  • Dealership experience an asset
  • Valid Drivers Licence
